Privacy notice
Who I am
I am Anna Romina Rabe. I run this website and I decide what happens to your data. You can write to me at [email protected].
What I collect
This website itself does not ask for anything and sets no cookies. If you click to book and the booking calendar is switched on, Cal.com's booking window loads, and Cal.com may store cookies or similar data under its own privacy policy.
If you email me, I receive your email address and whatever you write. Your message is stored in my Gmail account, which is run by Google.
When you book a call through the booking form, you fill it in. I receive your name, your email address, where you are based, what you do now (work or studies), your reason for booking, the topic you chose and a note if you write one.
Why I collect it
I use it to reply to you, to arrange the call and to prepare for it. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, under Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.
Who receives it
When the booking calendar is switched on, Cal.com runs the booking form and the calendar, and the call runs on Cal Video, which is part of Cal.com. Google receives the emails you send me, because I use Gmail. Cloudflare hosts this website. My calendar is on Apple iCloud.
The booking form loads only after you click the booking button. Before that, nothing is loaded from Cal.com.
Transfers outside the EU
Some of these services are based in the USA. They use the safeguards the GDPR allows, such as standard contractual clauses. Check each provider's own notice for details.
How long I keep it
I keep booking details for as long as I need them to run our sessions, and delete them when they are no longer needed, unless the law requires me to keep them.
Your rights
You can ask me to show you your data, correct it, delete it, limit its use, or hand it to you in a usable file. You can also object to its use. Write to [email protected].
You can complain to a data protection authority. In Germany, that is the authority of your federal state.
